I’ve been taking turmeric regularly for a while now, and let me tell you—it’s one of my favorite health secrets as a business owner. Turmeric health benefits go far beyond aiding your digestion. It can improve your immune system, your skin, your heart, and so much more.

The first time I tried cryotherapy, I was more curious than anything. But once I learned of the many cryotherapy benefits, I was practically addicted.
First, in case you don’t know what cryotherapy is… it’s the process of using freezing temperatures to help your body heal, according to Medical News Today.
Basically, you go into a chamber full of nitrogen mist for about 3 minutes. This brings your skin’s external temperature down to about 32 degrees F.
It’s not as scary as it sounds, I promise. Well, maybe if you hate the cold, it is.
I tried cryotherapy for the first time at Polar Cryotherapy in Costa Mesa, California.
Before my 3-minute session, I signed some legal paperwork and then was given a robe and socks that went up to my knees. (Dr. Alan Christianson told me that men usually don’t need socks because their legs are hairier.)
When I went in the chamber, I took off my robe, leaving me in my bra and underwear. The chamber covered everything but my head, but the doctor said I could stick my head underneath if I held my breath.
All in all, I loved the experience. I felt so fresh and invigorated after the session was over!
I had experienced amazing benefits of using a hot sauna for muscle therapy, so I was intrigued to see how cryotherapy would be different.
I initially wanted to try it because I had heard so many elite athletes say cryotherapy helps their muscles recover more quickly. Even celebrities use it, including Will Smith, who swears it’s a better alternative to icing after workouts.
And it’s no wonder it’s growing in popularity. Cryotherapy benefits range from improving your mood to clearing up your skin to even increasing your libido.
Here’s what the experts say:
It’s no secret that ice is a great way to help muscles recover after an injury or after an intense workout. But Medical News Today reports that cryotherapy can even help with pain associated with arthritis.
A 2000 study revealed several patients found temporary relief from their rheumatoid arthritis while having regular cryotherapy sessions.
Healthline writes that it can even help with migraine pain and nerve irritation.
I remember how good I felt when I got out of that cryotherapy chamber.
And apparently I’m not the only one. A study from 2008 reveals that a group of patients struggling with depression or anxiety found temporary mental relief while regularly using cryotherapy.
Speaking of mental health, another study suggests that cryotherapy’s anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidative effects can help prevent Alzheimer’s disease. Scientists need to do more research on this, of course.
Some people have experienced short-term healing for their skin issues like eczema, atopic dermatitis, and even acne by using cryotherapy.
Experts believe this is, again, because cryotherapy can help reduce inflammation and produce antioxidants in the blood.
Many claim cryotherapy has helped them lose weight. This could be for a variety of reasons, of course. People may be more eager to work out since their muscles are healing more quickly or their moods are improving.
One small study showed no weight difference after 10 cryotherapy sessions. But those who do find it helps them lose weight swear by it.
Polar Cryotherapy (where I went for my first session) says regular sessions can reduce the appearance of cellulite. If you’re over 35, don’t tell me you don’t care about that…
By reducing inflammation, boosting the immune system, and relieving pain from the operation itself, HydraLive Therapy writes that cryotherapy can improve post-surgery recovery.
It also helps tendons heal, improves flexibility, and increases blood circulation.
Some say cryotherapy can even help you look younger.
Regular sessions can increase the collagen in your skin (preventing wrinkles and healing scars), help cells regenerate, detoxify your skin, and reduce fat deposits in your cheeks.
Basically, your skin will look healthier, tighter and brighter.
Not gonna lie, I’m definitely all about more beautiful skin, hair and nails as well as overall improved health.
That’s why I do regular cryotherapy sessions now. During my first session, I asked the doctor how often I should do it. He told me to start off the first week with three sessions—then go down to once or twice a month.

Struggling with low energy? That’s definitely a business killer, my friend. If you plan to try Whole30 to fix that problem, you’ll want to make sure you have my favorite Whole30 snacks on hand.
Believe me.
I still remember that sunny California morning when I was business planning for the year ahead. I was having the time of my life until I realized—Oh crap. How am I supposed to accomplish all this??
I had a burning fire inside me to reach every goal in my planner, but I was all too aware that my low energy levels would be a major obstacle.
The last time I had tried to fix my low energy, I tried Whole30—and threw in the towel just 11 days later. (Curse you, Costco samples…)
During that first attempt, my goals were a bit wishy-washy. I just wanted to be healthier and honestly lose those last few (or 15) pounds from my pregnancy years ago.
But that sunny California morning, I made a decision to try Whole30 again. And this time, I had two end goals: 1) to get my body performing at its best and 2) to make a commitment to just myself—and to keep it.
The first time I tried Whole30, I did a lot of things wrong. And yes, I mean a lot. Like I would look at photos of enticing food on Instagram or I wouldn’t meal plan enough or I wouldn’t stock up on Whole30 snacks… so when my cravings kicked in, my resilience tapped out.
This time, though, I made sure I gathered all the right Whole30 snacks. This was a huge game-changer for me.
I filled my pantry with Epic bars, bulletproof coffee, La Croix, and plenty more. (Keep reading till the end of this article to get my full list of top Whole30 snacks.)
Not only did having my favorite Whole30 snacks help curb my cravings, but they also kept my energy high when it would’ve been crashing.
I also purchased a spiralizer, which made a huge difference. (Hint—don’t get a handheld one, for the love of all that is good. You’ll just cut your hands on the blades that keep breaking. Here’s a quality one for under $30.)
Now for the good stuff. Here’s how my fresh attempt at Whole30 went:
I spent the entire weekend before starting Whole30 in the kitchen prepping enough meals for me and both the kids to eat all week long. It was exhausting, but I was excited to know I was doing something good for my kids and myself.
I’ll be honest… I did experience headaches all week.
The headaches weren’t too intense, though. I was able to push through them and continue working without any problems—it was really just more of a nuisance than anything.
For the most part, week one wasn’t so bad. And in fact, I felt empowered by my choice to eat healthily.
TIP: One thing I did that I think made a huge difference, especially during the tough days, was writing down every morning what day of Whole30 it was and why I was doing it. I also wrote down a mantra about nourishing my body.
I’m not going to lie, week two was the most difficult for me. I quickly remembered why I had quit on day 11 of my first attempt. The cravings were bad.
I probably spent a few hours during that week looking at photos of food on Instagram that I planned to eat once I finished Whole 30.
But you know what…I lived. I made it through the whole week and stayed Whole30 strong. Reaching day 12, though, was a nice milestone for me.
I also became extremely irritable during this week. Hey, I’m just being honest with you.
I was officially over meal prepping as I crawled into week three of Whole30.
It was fun and empowering for a while, but now my meals went from fancy spiralized veggies noodles with slow-roasted carnitas to boiled chicken on top of spinach.
I ate a lot of Whole30 snacks this week, too. I know I shouldn’t have relied on snacking, but I was so over food. I was over every type of meat and every type of veggie.
I was bored with my food, but mostly because I was not in the mood to meal prep. Bad idea.
If I wasn’t as strongly committed as I was—I would have ended up quitting this week. Setting yourself up to win with proper meal prep is so important.
That said, reaching the halfway point was a fun little victory. You’ve got to celebrate what you can.
I made it! My last week of Whole30. I wondered what my life would be like when I finished. I knew I wanted to keep up this lifestyle. By the last week, I was feeling good. Real good.
I had loads of natural energy. You would have thought I was hyped up on Red Bull!
The last couple days were tough, though. I knew they would be from reading other Whole30ers’ posts.
During these last few days, you start negotiating with yourself that 28 days is just as good as 30. But it’s not. At this point, I was more excited about keeping a promise to myself for 30 whole days and I was set on keeping it.
I celebrated my last night with a fancy Whole30 spaghetti recipe.
Let me just tell you… it was worth the struggle.
I was able to change my relationship with food. And even now, I’m much more conscious of the groceries I purchase.
The biggest asset I learned is how to read labels. It’s amazing the ingredients found in our everyday foods.
And as if that weren’t enough, I felt amazing. I still do a strict Whole30 each year, and even when I’m not on it, I follow many Whole30 principles day-to-day.
Now, as I promised… my top Whole30 snacks that kept me going during the tough times:
Not all of these are Whole30 compliant, so read the ingredients and steer clear if there is an added sweetener, such as honey.
This isn’t really a snack, but it can bring little foods to life and turn veggies into a snack!
Oh my word, this helped me so much in curbing any alcohol cravings.
Model Meals are always perfect to have on hand when I cannot commit to cooking. Again, this isn’t a snack per se, but it’s still vital if you want to stay on track.
What other beef sticks can boast having 100% grass-fed beef? These were a life-saver when I was tempted to eat non-Whole30 foods.
Coffee, hot cacao, chai lattés… FourSigmatic drink mixes ke’t me sane during Whole30.
This almond butter goes great drizzled on an apple with dried coconut flakes.
Another coffee must-have. Basically, all it takes is coffee, brain octane oil, and grass-fed ghee.
Now, I’m not saying I would eat spoonfuls of the stuff, but I definitely use it a lot when sautéing vegetables. I pretty much cooked all my food in coconut oil, actually.
And there you have it! My top Whole30 snacks that I cannot do without.
Are you ready to start your Whole30 journey? What other snacks will you stock your pantry with to get you through it? Tell me in the comments below!
While I am in no way a yogi, I’m a very experienced student. I’ve done yoga every day for years and I can say for a fact that yoga poses have increased my mental clarity. As well as providing long term mental clarity, yoga is also just a great way to start my day. After a couple of weeks, you might not even need a guide anymore. Your body starts to memorize the sequence, falling into each pose naturally.
Dancer Pose

Named after the Lord of Dance, this pose manages to stretch your middle and your back as you balance your weight on one foot while grabbing your back one. Which enough practice, dancer pose can be a wonderful stretch that affects most of your body.
Childs Pose

Childs pose in yoga is a resting practice. It allows you to recenter yourself, focus on your breathing, and calm your mind. The reason this is called Childs pose is that it allows you to come inward, feeling as clear and calm and when you were a child yourself, without the weight of adulthood on your shoulders.
Tree Pose

Tree pose makes you feel grounded and empowered. It will improve your mental clarity and your concentration. Tree pose is used in almost every single yoga practice because it’s a balancing transition pose. Imagine grounding yourself like a tree and pushing yourself to grow strongly upward. Remember to stand tall when you try tree pose.
On those days where I’m stressed for time, this is my go-to routine. It allows me to stretch, center myself, and get my mind clear for the rest of the day. On days that are particularly stressful, I have found that following this routine has even aided me in getting better sleep!
Whether yoga is your thing or not, I promise you that your body will thank you for giving it a shot. You don’t have to adopt a long routine to see results. Try some of the poses above and see the benefits for yourself!
Do you want to learn what else I do to achieve mental clarity? Check out my previous blog post on maintaining higher focus here.

I’m a mom and a business owner—so let’s just say I don’t have a ton of time to do a bunch of cooking. So how do I stay healthy and score major points with my kids? Introducing… Paleo waffles.
I love this recipe because it’s really not that hard to make. Plus, my kids and I both enjoy them! (They get their waffle fix. I get my healthy meal. Sorry, Eggo.)
Chances are, if you’re interested in these waffles, you already know what the Paleo diet is. But just in case you don’t…
The Paleo diet typically includes lean meats, fish, fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds—foods that hunter-gatherers would have eaten, according to the Mayo Clinic.
Our modern diet is so filled with processed ingredients and sugar that our bodies are literally overloaded.
But I get no guilt when I eat Paleo waffles.
So… let’s dive in.
Paleo Birch Benders Pancake and Waffle Mix
Water (make sure it’s Paleo water… kidding
)
Bad Bitch Waffle Iron (I have this one because I’m a cool mom…)
Mix the pancake mix, ashwagandha, cinnamon, cacao powder and water together in a bowl. Easy peasy.
Grease your waffle iron with the avocado oil spray and pour the batter into the iron.
When the light goes off, remove the waffle.
Pour ChocZero maple syrup over the waffles and enjoy!
There’s really very little you can do to mess up this recipe. But if you do end up burning a few waffles, I won’t judge you. 😉
If you’re curious about the benefits of the additional ingredients in this recipe, keep reading!

Email marketing for events is one of the most important tools you can have in your promotional toolbox.
Think about it. With social media advertising, you have to interrupt someone’s feed to get them to notice you. Email has the upper hand in this situation because people already subscribed to get your messages. Plus, an email stays in the consumer’s inbox until they delete it.
And if you need more reason to use email, you should know that email marketing still has crazy amazing conversion rates. In fact, SalesForce reports that email marketing has an ROI of about 4400%. That means for every $1 you spend, you get $44 back.
Lastly, you own your email list. You could lose your reach on social media in a split second if the platform wants to shut you down or changes their algorithm. Your email list, in contrast, is yours.
The question is… how do you leverage email marketing for events to get the most bang for your buck?
Lucky for you, I have a whole in-depth training on that very subject. You can watch the full training in this post, or you can fast forward to specific time stamps I provide in this article. Enjoy!
To start, we’ll look at three different types of emails you should definitely be sending your subscribers:
Each of these are super important, so make sure you’re using all of them!
Let’s look at the first one.
Transactional emails have the highest open rates—up to 60-80%! And yet they’re the most under-utilized type of email.
But what are transactional emails? They’re the emails that confirm someone’s pre-registration. Or they may provide a customer’s ticket receipt or order confirmation.
Support tickets, account resets, password resets, and customer services emails also fall into this category.
These emails are often automated, so I encourage you to regularly audit them and make sure your messaging is on brand.
Also be sure these emails ask your audience to take the next step of their buying journey. That can be asking them to follow you on social, share the event with their friends, or RSVP on the Facebook Event Page.
Relational emails are the ones you send to new subscribers to welcome them to your list.
They’re also the ones you send for your newsletter or blog articles, public relations, surveys and review requests, social updates, contest announcements, or referral requests.
The most important relational email is the one you send to your new subscribers. Take the time to initiate them with a welcome email. Lay out for them everything they can expect from you. That includes how frequently you’ll email them, what offers they’ll receive, and more.
If you have a particular persona or person behind your brand, this is the perfect time to put a face to the name!
Your promotional emails are the ones you send for price bumps, new products, event releases, sales announcements, and offer upgrades.
Promotional emails are by far the most popular type of emails that businesses send. And to be honest… they’re the ones in most need of a refresh.
Don’t get stuck in a cadence. Think of these promotional emails as your “popcorn.” No one wants stale popcorn. Keep the content fresh and relevant—and take advantage of holidays if you can!
This is a great opportunity to add some FOMO to your emails. For instance, if you have a VIP offer for your event, let your subscribers know how much they’ll miss out if they don’t upgrade their ticket.
Put a hard timeline on that upgrade to increase the sense of urgency to buy.
This is such an important topic to discuss because if someone isn’t getting your emails, they’re not going to see your promotions!
Keep a close eye on these three variables to make your email deliverability as high as possible.
Keep your email reputation high by being consistent in your emails sends. Make sure you don’t send spam, and always use a clean list.
By that, I mean make sure people opt-in to get your emails. You can get blacklisted otherwise.
Also make sure you send fun, relevant content so that you don’t get a bunch of unsubscribes.
Make sure you authorize your domain address that sends your email. And validate your IP addresses, too, while you’re at it.
These are more technical suggestions. But for now, just make sure you use a solid email company and fill out all your details.
Open rates are important when it comes to engagement, as are clicks and replies.
If someone hasn’t opened your email in over month, I recommend deleting them off your list. Keeping them on can lower your open rate and make it easier for inboxes to mark you as spam.
Increase your opens by making your subject lines as eye-catching as possible. Use subscribers’ names in your emails, which most email service providers can do.
Of course, don’t be boring! Be relevant, bold, fun, and entertaining where you can. Use specific numbers to grab your readers’ attention and keep it short. Don’t lose their attention!
You can use the preview copy to hook their interest. Symbols or emojis are a great way to catch the eye, so use those when you can.
To increase your click rate, try adding a play button on top of your images or animated GIFs. (Canva is great for this!) Or try creating a poll in your email. Interactive countdown timers and animated buttons are also great ways to get people to click in your email.
Go to 31:55 to learn how to revive a dying email list!
Some great options for email service providers are ConvertKit, MailChimp (which is free up to 1,000 subscribers), and HubSpot.
I’ve had clients A-B test against other platforms, and they really didn’t find a big difference. Just make sure that the company you go with has a good reputation.
Make sure the company is easy to use and helps you set up automation sequences. Also make sure the service provider is within your price range. Choose something that’s reasonable, but of course prioritize ease of use.
Don’t overlook SMS, or text-message marketing. Start collecting phone numbers now. (Just make sure you’re using the proper opt-in language!)
My clients see higher conversion rates with SMS than any other platform. Seriously!
With texting, you’ll want to customize the name and photo when you can.
Keep in mind that texting can be costly. Right now, I recommend only using it for FOMO offers with a set timeline. (For example, texting about a power-hour flash sale.)
Some good tools to use for texting are SimpleTexting, Twilio, and SuperPhone.
With these strategies in your pocket, you’re sure to nail your email marketing for events. Still have questions? Join my Six-Figure Freelancer Facebook Group and ask fellow entrepreneurs there!

Marketing events doesn’t have to be a scary process. But it will be if you don’t know what you’re doing!
The worst thing you can do when marketing events is wasting your budget and time because you weren’t utilizing best practices.
I’ve marketed events for plenty of clients, including Fortune 500 companies that gave me a multi-million-dollar budget for marketing! This experience taught me exactly what strategies, tools, and tactics work best when marketing for events.
Eager to learn? Watch my video to get the most out of this in-depth training on event marketing. Or you can fast-forward to the time stamps I provide throughout this article to learn more about a particular subject!
Before you start marketing events on social media, you need to have a strategy in place.
I’ve found that there are four types of social media content you need to have for an effective strategy. Those types of content are: Empower, Exhibit, Educate, and Entertain.
Let’s look at each one!
This content is supposed to embody authority and confidence. It should ignite someone else’s fire, motivate them, and encourage them to claim their own power and gift.
You can also make this content thought-provoking, philosophical, and inspirational.
Remember that people often have memories tied to events—whether those memories are tender or exciting. Use Empower content to play up this “memory-making” aspect in your marketing.
Will attendees make memories with family at your event? Will they commemorate a loved one? Will they accomplish something difficult?
This content should really showcase who you are and what your event is. That could include highlights of your event, who your speakers or performers are, who the leaders are, and so on.
Your brand story and personal story (depending on what kind of event you’re promoting) should really shine here. That’s what builds that human connection.
While you’re showcasing your event, be sure to incorporate a healthy amount of FOMO. 😉
Also, take this opportunity also to really focus on the attendees. Who are they? What’s their story? Why are they coming to your event?
Educational content is especially important in marketing events on social media. After all, it shows that you are the expert in your niche.
This type of content provides actionable advice. It’s not vague. It’s proven. Matter-of-fact. It’s the “Do this and get this result” kind of content.
This can include:
For instance, if you’re promoting a circus, you can offer a checklist for how to make the best memories with your kids at the event.
Of course, don’t forget your entertaining content! We’re all humans behind the screen, so make sure you make space to create content that’s just fun.
Be yourself, and be goofy. Do fun challenges, show bloopers or behind-the-scenes, host a challenge, or post memes.
TikTok is a great way to incorporate the fun content into your social media strategy.
So now that you know what to create, how do you actually go about coming up with specific ideas for content?
I have a few tips for you. First, keep a document open that you fill with your ideas as they come. Take screenshots of content you like and make sure you pay attention to what’s trending.
Also be sure to listen to what your community is telling you. You can either ask them directly, or you can look at your top-performing content over the past 90 days. This is a good indicator of what your audience enjoys.
Go to 22:43 to see an example of how to set up your content calendar with the 4 types of content.
Also, just a tip for you: The Empower and Entertain content will get you the most engagement, so I recommend plugging those into your content calendar the most!
And make sure you account for holidays when you’re creating your content calendar.
Content batching isn’t necessarily a revolutionary idea, of course. But you’d be surprised how many people don’t batch their social media content.
Some people choose to create their social content day by day. But this will consume a so much more of your time. I promise.
To batch, just block out a half-day every single week or a full day bi-weekly. Take that time to just work on creating social content.
First, write out all the copy you need for socials that week. Then start choosing images and graphics to go with it. Lastly, schedule out all your content for the week. And you’re done!
For scheduling (28:20), I recommend using SproutSocial. I like this tool because it lets you add a bunch of different platforms. The only one it’s missing is Pinterest, but you can use another tool for that.
SproutSocial has fantastic reporting and insights, making it easier to optimize your content.
Each week, look at your social media insights. Examine the three highest-performing posts and ask yourself: “What are the common threads with these three posts?”
Did you use a certain type of image? Did add a certain flair to your copy? Do the posts have hashtags in common? Are you tagging certain people?
Then examine your three lowest-performing posts. What are the common threads with those?
Make sure you also analyze the times of day you post.
One of the best ways to set your event up for success is by optimizing your social media profiles.
For Instagram, make sure you choose a username or profile name that has search benefits. For instance, my events marketing Instagram handle is @howtomarketmyevent and my name is “How to Market Your Event.”
Then, ensure that your bio clearly and concisely tells people what they get out of following you. End with a clear call to action (CTA) and provide a link that corresponds to that CTA. (Linktr.ee is great for putting multiple links in one.)
Here’s an example:
To make sure you’re getting the most reach and engagement possible, you must consider timing and engagement.
What time you post and on what day of the week does matter. That’s why you need to pay close attention to your social media insights! In general, the optimal times to post are first thing in the morning, lunchtime, and at the end of the day.
Regarding engagement, be sure to respond to every comment you get on your posts. This helps people feel more connected to you, plus social media platforms like it when you interact with your followers.
Remember that Facebook and Instagram consider direct messages as the highest form of engagement, so make sure you regularly tell people to DM you in your posts.
Go to 56:40 to learn how to increase your organic reach with Instagram stories! (Hint: you’ll want to start using in-app features…)
But social media alone won’t be enough when you’re marketing events. You also need reviews.
Why? Because reviews support your search engine optimization (SEO). So the more reviews you have, the more you’ll organically show up in search engine results.
Reviews also provide social proof (trust) to help drive sales to your event.
Think about it. When you are considering attending an event, what’s the first thing you do? If you’re like most consumers, you check out the reviews! According to Qualtrics, 82% of consumers read a product review before they purchase an online item.
Unfortunately, bad reviews can damage your standing with search engines and sites like Facebook. How do you mitigate that? Communication! If you have to cancel your event, make sure you communicate that to attendees clearly and give refunds.
With that in mind, realize that you’ll always get negative reviews when you’re marketing events. But you can use them as valuable feedback. As unpleasant as bad reviews are, they’re valuable insights into what you can improve.
Got to 1:06:20 to learn how to get more positive reviews on your event.
And there you have it! Take advantage of the valuable insights in the in-depth training as you use social media and reviews for marketing events!

If you have dreams of running a business that’s sustainable, efficient, and makes you gobs of money, then you need to understand financial operations for your business.
As we age, eating power foods for our brain should become a top priority. The foods we choose fuel both our brains and our bodies, but we’re rarely well informed about what foods promote these health benefits. I did the leg work for you, researching popular brain foods, and documenting how they affected me.
For 30 days straight, I committed to eating a strict diet of foods that are said to improve brain health. While the diet I followed has no particular label, I did take inspiration from my experiences with keto, paleo, and whole30 diets.
After days of research, I nailed down what my basic food guide for each day would be. I should note that I did make small alterations depending on the situation. However, the list below shows an accurate guide of what most of my meals looked like.
Raspberries
This super berry contains nutrients that keep your brain functioning at its best capacity. These nutrients fight inflammation and protect against neurological damage.
Strawberries
The antioxidants strawberries contain fight off free radicals, preventing the damage of cells that lead to memory loss.
Blackcurrants
While not as popular as the previous two berries, this berry is often used in combination with medications that treat brain conditions like Parkinson’s. It’s known for its powerful ability to reduce mental fatigue and increase mental energy.
Salmon
In addition to being delicious, salmon is a great source of brain healthy fats. Much like walnuts, listed in my diet plan above, it’s packed to the brim with Omega-3 fatty acids. Omega 3 has an anti-aging effect on your brain
Along with the foods listed above, I also put together this delicious, nutrient-dense power smoothie bowl to increase mental clarity! On days I decided to have a bigger breakfast or when I needed an extra snack, this recipe was my go-to. (insert embedded video)
After 30 days of this strict but delicious diet, the results were jaw-dropping. As someone who had taken Adderal in the past (like most people who have gone to college), the effects of the diet were similar. My brain felt clearer. I had better, more consistent focus throughout the day. This focus led to more motivation, and more motivation led to more productivity. This diet allowed me to achieve the effects that most only ever get with drug abuse.
I was also more physically active. The energy I obtained from my diet allowed me to double my usual workout time. Between the mental and physical changes I’ve observed, I highly recommend giving a clean, brain food diet a shot. With all the work your brain does for you every day, it’s time you put in a little work for it.
